DMC 3013 to J&P Coats: Thread Conversion

J&P Coats 6253 is a close alternative in the light khaki-green range. At this light value where the thread's dusty-warm character is its defining feature, any variation in the grey-yellow-green balance becomes more perceptible than it would be in a mid-dark thread. J&P Coats can serve adequately for general foliage and botanical accent uses; for reproduction sampler work where historical color accuracy matters, the exact-match Anchor and Madeira equivalents are more reliable choices.
